How it actually works
Ordering imported products raises legitimate questions: when will it arrive? how do I pay? what if the product isn't right? Here is exactly how FromGermany.ma works, with nothing hidden.
Step by step
1. You order in the shop: name, phone number, city — no account required, no online payment demanded. 2. We confirm your order on WhatsApp. 3. Your order goes to Germany: we buy your products directly in a dm store. 4. Delivery to your door in around 15 days, anywhere in Morocco. 5. You pay on arrival (COD): cash to the courier, after checking the parcel.
Delivery, city by city
The fee depends on your city: 19 DH in Casablanca, 29 DH in its outskirts (Mohammedia, Bouskoura, Dar Bouazza…), 35 DH in major cities (Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, Meknes, Agadir…), 39 to 45 DH elsewhere — and delivery is free from 500 DH. Why 15 days? (the real reason)
We don't hold stock that sits idle: each wave of orders triggers a group purchase in Germany, then shipping to Morocco. That is what guarantees fresh products (distant expiry dates) and new releases at the German pace — the trade-off is the lead time.
And if the product isn't right?
You have 7 days after delivery to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Cash on delivery protects you: you only pay once you have seen your parcel.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a German product that isn't in the catalogue? Yes — the “product on request” field in the cart lets you paste a link (dm.de, etc.); we confirm feasibility and price by phone.
Is online payment possible? COD is the standard; bank transfer is possible for large orders. No payment is required before delivery.
How do I track my order? You are kept informed on WhatsApp at each key stage — from confirmation to dispatch.
